Duff plays a prominent role in both customer and vendor relations throughout the nation. He is responsible for communicating to over 30,000 NJPA Members as well as guiding Contract Managers by developing and promoting customer service initiatives as well as identifying potential growth patterns within the organization’s nationally acclaimed vendor partners.

Duff has over 25 years of management experience in the service hospitality industry. His background in leading successful service organizations was a key factor in the NJPA decision process.
