Bio

Keith Hanson has over 15 years of financial and management experience varying from banking to manufacturing and most recently public accounting. He graduated from the University Wisconsin with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. Keith also serves on his hometown’s city council and sees the difficulties facing small governmental municipalities. This combined experience gives him the ability to look at accounting situations from many different perspectives.

Keith’s jobs at National Joint Powers Alliance are numerous. They include assisting the Manager of Financial Services with the yearend audit process, managing the accounting portion of administrative revenue sharing contracts, managing cash investments, and assisting in maintaining the general ledger.

Keith enjoys the variety and challenges of his position. He also finds it rewarding being part of an organization that is reducing costs and making the purchasing process easier for governmental and non-profit agencies.
