Machel Marshall joined National Joint Powers Alliance® (NJPA) in March 2007 as the Coordinator of Customer Relations for the Sharp Electronics Corporation contract. Raised in Staples, MN Machel graduated from Wadena Area Vocational Technical College and has worked in the banking industry for 15 years. She then spent 16 years with The Boeing Company as an Engineering Data Control Specialist and a Supply Chain Management Analyst in Seattle, WA.

Machel notes that customer service has always been an integral part of her career and knowing what the customer needs, and doing what is necessary to achieve satisfaction is truly what customer service is all about.

Machel lives in Motley, MN with her husband and has 4 adult children and 5 grandchildren.
